These terms apply to the Feed the Deep app and companion website. They are intended to sit alongside the licence supplied through Apple's App Store.
App licence
When Feed the Deep becomes available through the App Store, use of the app will be subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, unless the App Store listing states otherwise.
Using the app
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with the applicable App Store licence. Do not attempt to interfere with the app, its distribution, or the operation of this website.
Availability and changes
The game and website may be updated, changed, or withdrawn. Saved progress is local to the device and may be lost if the app is deleted. Back up your device using Apple's available system tools where appropriate.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property
The Feed the Deep name, artwork, audio, software, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party platform names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Questions
The public support route will provide a contact path before App Store release. These terms will be reviewed if the distribution model or app functionality changes.
